Director and animator Ruben Wiltink is a our cross over expert. He mixes stunning footage with innovative animation in all his films. Being a technical director he is constantly stretching the limits on set to explore the possibilities within a certain shot, keeping all neccesary postproduction activities in mind. Ruben loves both being on the set and being tucked away behind his MacPro creating the coolest animations.

Make believe

For Ruben, nothing is more challeging then ‘make believe’. To fluently mix footage with animation to such extend that it feels it belongs. Create animations as part of the story. His gets inspiration from directors such as: Michel Gondry (Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind), Wes Anderson (The Grand Budapest Hotel, Fantastic Mr. Fox) en Tim Burton (Sleepy Hollow, Alice in Wonderland).
